Exchanges – Returns

You have the option to exchange or return books (applies only to shipments) that you have received from our bookstore. This option naturally assumes that the books you return will reach us in the same good condition as you received them (in protected packaging that will ensure that there will be no damage during the return), they will not bear any indication that they have been used or photocopied, and that contain all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. retail receipt, invoice, shipping note, etc.) and that the exchange will be made within a 14 calendar day period.

For the return to be accepted, it must be checked and approved, in accordance with the above.

You can also visit our bookstore (8 Ippokratous, 10679, Athens) for the exchange, presenting the receipt that was in the package you received.

You can also send us (at your own expense) the books you wish to exchange and once we receive them and confirm their good condition, we will send you the books you wish to replace or - if you wish - we will offset the value in your next order In the case of a new shipment (exchange), there is a shipping fee depending on its weight.

How do I pay for my order?

Payment for your order can be made via cash on delivery, credit or debit card or bank deposit. You can choose the method you wish during the purchase process, whether you choose to register as a member or not. Online card payments are completely secure and are made within the bank's environment with a secure and encrypted data exchange method with a reliable 128bit SSL security certificate and 3D secure protocol where applicable. Our business does not store your card data under any circumstances. Sensitive personal payment data is registered once in the banking environment and is only used for the specific payment of the order in question.

How will I receive the books I purchased?

You receive our physical books based on the method selected during the purchase process. During the purchase process, shipping costs are also calculated based on the delivery location of your order.

All digital ebooks you purchase are in your account available for download to your computer, after the purchase is confirmed by the system. To access your account, simply log in with your password.

Once you are in your account, click on the relevant Link to download the book.

ATTENTION: Each book you purchase is available for download 7 days after confirmation of purchase and can be downloaded from the system a total of 5 times.
